I got my car fixed on Tuesday. Turned out to be the alternator. Cost 400 dollars. So now I'm in debt to my parents of about 380. They needed to replace the alternator, the battery, and one of the battery cables. I don't think they would have replaced the battery if I didn't try to remove it myself. I'm not going to say anything else about my battery removal attempts.
As to what I had fixed, it was a white Ford Ranger (97), or at least, it was white. Now it's more of a dirt gray color, with a few black scratches on it. It has about 117K miles on it, and I plan to put another 85K on it, unless it decides it doesn't want it, in which case I'll be forced to find another small vehicle. As to how I have my truck decorated, well, I have two stuffed cats on my dashboard, and I use to have a fox tail hanging from the rearview mirror. I have my MCC parking permit in the window, along with a NERV parking permit (came with the anime). No noteable bumper stickers on the rear fender.
I did gain another dent on the car Thursday. I was driving to work when another vehicle (a white car), decided to move into my lane. He moved into the lane right where I was, knocking me into the far left lane. I began to slow down, either to park on the side of the road or to get back into my previous lane, when the guy began honking his horn at me. Apparently he was trying to make the turn lane that he bumped me into. Also, judging by his forein look, his driving skill, and his vehicle, I believe he was driving with out a licence. Still, I wrote down his licence plate number. I didn't report anything though, out of fear of an insurance rate hike. Living in a no-fault state means both parties recieve rate hikes, not just one =(. At least I'm glad there was no real damage to my vehicle, espically after I just had it repaired.
The last two weeks at work I did full time, resulting in about 75 hours. Which may result in about a 550 dollar paycheck after taxes. I'll be able to pay my parents back a little, so that'll be a good thing.
Anyway, I need to get some sleep for work tomorrow morning. ~Night~

I have that NERV parking permit too, though mine isn't on my car. I bought the box set instead of collecting the rest of the series seperately.
I notice you seem to have a lot of driving issues. As they say, you need more training. Read Initial D or something.
